Solidarity Bahrain Expands its Full Support to Assure Safety of the Community
MANAMA, BAHRAIN – 18 March 2020 – In line with its ongoing commitment and responsibility towards the community, in combating the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), and in line with the directives of our reputed Government and the Ministry of Health (MOH), Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and a subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding, has announced expanding its full support to assure the safety of its customers, partners, staff, and the community as a whole.
As a leading Insurance company in the Kingdom, Solidarity Bahrain has applied highest quality disinfection measures to handle the challenges of this uncertain situation focusing on the safety and health of the entire workforce. Following all recommendations and health and safety instructions by the authorized entities, the company has disabled its finger-print based employee attendance system, scheduled ongoing office and branches sterilization plan, and installed hand sanitisers in all of its locations.
Further, Solidarity Bahrain has strengthened its team to assist customers with their enquires and encourages its customers and partners to insure and communicate through its digital channels in the current uncertain situation. Such as; Insurance Portal and Video Insurance service through Solidairty.com.bh, the Video Insurance team has been strengthened and prepared to assist customers wherever they are. Customers can also communicate with the company through its Call Centre and WhatsApp on 17130000.
