Solidarity Bahrain launches AI Chatbot Service on its WhatsApp for Business
MANAMA, BAHRAIN – 27 June 2020 – In line with its extensive endeavours to deliver a consolidated and unified digital customer experience, Solidarity Bahrain B.S.C. launches its AI (Artificial Intelligence) Chatbot on its existing WhatsApp for Business platform to enable interactive conversations and to accelerate the process of servicing customers. The consecutive achievements of Solidarity Bahrain, guided by its Digital Transformation strategy, affirms its unwavering commitment to provide uninterrupted support to its customers and clients through a series of digital initiatives. The chatbot is available for Solidarity Bahrain customers offering prompt and automated digital services such as issuance of new insurance, policy renewal, , claim registration, obtaining policy documents , placing a video insurance call with an agent, finding branch timings and locating the nearest branch by sharing the current location.
