Solidarity’s Digital retail transactions Grew by 70% in 2021
In line with Company’s continuous advancement towards Digital Transformation and uplifting its customer experience, Solidarity Bahrain one of the largest insurance companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain and a subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding, witnessed an increase in the number of its digital transactions to 53% of total retail portfolio in 2021 in comparison to 31% in the previous year, representing growth of 70%
Solidarity has been pioneering the insurance market by providing its customers with several digital touch points for fast and seamless ways of connecting with the Company to fully conduct any transaction at anytime from anywhere. The Company’s digital touch points included video insurance, the first of its kind in the Kingdom and the region, along with other services like the WhatsApp Chat bot, online portal and digital self-service, to name a few.
